Yolo Property was commissioned to do a complete garden make over, the customer needed a full design created from scratch, the building works were quite extensive considering the size of the garden, they wanted the garden all at one level incorporating central steps and sell planters all way round on top of that they wanted a patio area and a decking area
The Plan and Design
Yolo Property was given some insight to what the customer wanted after much discussion and sketching out rough plans, the customer presented us with this drawing and from there we started to bring the dream into life,
Before we started
Yolo Property had to first tackle the multiple levels throughout the garden, The garden needed to be safe for the young children and functional for their relaxation needs
The Work Begins First Day
Yolo property first job was to clear the garden of all the hardstanding concrete Timber retaining walls on the lower levels in total we did 14 skips waste
Retaining Walls
Yolo property first task after clearing the waste, was to dig out foundations for the retaining wall which consisted of hollow concrete blocks reinforced with Metal rods and filled with concrete. This will keep back any lose ground from behind and stop any land slippage
